The planned programme will include an optional ride on the Saturday (12 miles) with the main event on Sunday using a shorter route as the cycles should be 1935 or earlier. At the 2018 NAVCC AGM a long discussion was held regarding the awarding of the various trophies and the decrease in riders requesting that they and their cycles are considered for judging. Each club attending gave their views on the proposition to discontinue the awards. The outcome was to retain the award for the most meritorious ride & discontinue others. A memento to be given to each juvenile entrant and date bars for all entrants will continue.
There will be a section on the entry form for you to agree that your personal details can be stored in manual and secure electronic format for use in contacting you with further information regarding the NAVCC and its’ constituent clubs. This is a legal requirement to comply with the new Data Protection regulations. (GDPR2018 coming into effect 25/5/18)
